Project Tarjim provided interpretation and conference support for a workshop held in collaboration with Jordan’s Higher Population Council, focusing on integrating gender-responsive school health indicators and initiatives into the National Sexual and Reproductive Health Strategy 2020–2030 and its implementation plans.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the integration of school health priorities, including menstrual health and hygiene, into the national strategy and other key national frameworks, such as the Education Sector Plan and the School Health Strategy.
Discussions focused on aligning priorities, interventions, and indicators within the existing national strategic framework, using the four-pillar national framework and results chain as a basis for integration. The initiative sought to promote coordinated planning and strengthen the alignment between school health programs, gender-responsive approaches, and national sexual and reproductive health objectives.
Through its professional language services, Project Tarjim supports effective communication and knowledge exchange among stakeholders working on public health, education, gender equality, and sustainable development in Jordan.
